The hotel shows sign of wear and tear, particularly in the common areas where the carpets felt worn and had a dusty smell. Some furnishings in the room were chipped and needed repair, and appliances like the refrigerator ran inefficiently, barely keeping items cool. The bathroom had plumbing issues, with the hand shower flooding the area. The air conditioning struggled to regulate the temperature, staying warmer than expected. Finally, my checkout experience felt rushed with knockings from housekeeping before the allotted time.

The upgrade was such a nice surprise! Everything was within walking distance and the breakfast selection could feed an army-my kind of buffet!

The shower was a bit wonky was good. And don't get me started on the AC-it clearly couldn't decide whether to function or take a holiday!

The AC in our room was not working properly. It stayed at an uncomfortable 26°C despite our complaints. The staff insisted this was the standard temperature, unacceptable. There was no butler to assist with our luggage.

The executive suite had great views but cleanliness standards fell short. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of options but lacked in taste. Parking is limited, so arrive early. Remember to check the amenities in advance!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, as it was close to the sea and within walking distance of the malls. It was so convenient to have everything within reach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a small kitchenette. It was great to have the option of preparing meals in my room. Plus, I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast included in my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Located in a central spot, just a few minutes away from the mall and the beach and free parking available on site. the staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a wide selection of food, including hot and cold dishes. the pool area is nice, with a separate quiet area where you can relax.

The rooms are outdated, and some facilities need maintenance, such as the Wi-Fi, fridge, and power plugs.
